Introducing Hilton Brooklyn New York, a reputable 4-star hotel located in the heart of Brooklyn. With its great location and comfortable rooms, it offers a satisfying experience to its guests. Although opinions vary on the value for money, the hotel's amenities and cleanliness receive positive feedback. However, it is important to note that there is a daily "resort" fee of $25 that covers limited breakfast options. The hotel staff, particularly George at the front desk, is commended for their exceptional service, catering to guests' needs and providing detailed information on parking and loyalty program benefits. The overall experience is described as enjoyable, with spacious rooms, clean elevators, and a welcoming lobby. While there have been concerns about additional charges during check-in, the hotel's ambiance and cleanliness overshadow these issues. Hilton Brooklyn New York remains a good choice for those prioritizing location and quality accommodation.

For the price you pay, the rooms are definitely not worth it in my opinion. It is a good hotel though and the location is great! There is a “resort” fee of $25 per night that you should be aware of. It barely covers breakfast for one person per night of stay. The rooms were clean and service was relatively decent barring one of the front desk ambassadors. All in all, if you’re not worried about price then it’s a good hotel.

My issue is with the customer service and ridiculous extra charges. Had a nice enough stay at the Hilton - rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice view and the lobby is welcoming. Upon check-in I was told that $225 would be charged to my credit card - $200 for incidentals in case of damages, and a $25 "urban credit" that would need to spent at the hotel bar otherwise I would be charged $25. I confirmed the 200 would come back + 25 I needed to spend and the front desk confirmed this. However upon receiving our final receipt I saw a $93 charge for THREE $25 credits. I called the hotel and was informed the $25 unnecessary credit/now fee was for EACH night stayed. I was explaining the situation to the front desk person who gave attitude and when asked how $75 becomes $93 he said "tax" with no other explanation. Turns out they also charged me for the $18 we did spend in an effort to use up the $25 we thought we needed to spend. So not only was I charged 3 hidden daily fees of $25 and taxes, they also charged me for the drink that was meant to negate one of these ridiculous charges. I asked about how the total added up to 18 in taxes and the desk person hung up on me. If you are going to create unnecessary charges then at least be up front and clear about them. Hanging up on a customer when I am clarifying a nonsense charge is truly obscene.

George was amazing he checked us in and anticipated our every need! Rooms on lower level near the elevator to accommodate the seniors, he explained the valet parking letting us know we had in/out access to our vehicle. He explained the Hilton honors gold member breakfast/points choice, George is perfect! Housekeeping was also great they didn’t bang down down before checkout time like some other hotels. Rooms were spacious and very clean elevators were clean and fast. Front desk staff kept a permanent smile on their faces and always alert and willing to answer any questions Overall experience was awesome! Please keep up the great work guys!

My stay at the hotel was great. We had a 1 bedroom suite, which was spacious and clean. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it was nice to know that it was there if we wanted to use it. Check-in/out process was easy as well. We checked in online, used a digital room key and checked out online as well which was convenient. However, the only challenge with the digital key was that it didn't work on the elevator (which is needed to select your room floor) so we we still had to go to the front desk to get a card key. Nevertheless, when I'm back in BK, I will definitely stay there again.

This is the absolute worst hotel and staff I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. If giving a 0 star rating was feasible, I certainly would. This hotel was a total scam with employees who will con you in every way poss. They will trick you and charge you for something that you didn’t even use or they will make a lie that you did something that you didn’t. Small rooms , they don’t clean the rooms properly and they don’t replace dirty towels with clean towels and sheets had dirty stains all over !!! The bathroom was no better, as bottles for shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion were empty. Blinds on windows weren’t even working. The TV in room wasn’t even operational. This hotel will have you constantly calling receptionist because nothing is working properly. It’s not safe to be in this hotel and it’s definitely not worth the money. Be aware and careful don’t walk by yourself in this hotel and always have witnesses as they make stories if you are alone . Half of the staff don’t speak English and they will group up to fabricate lies and put you in trouble - especially if you are very young.

I understand almost 500 a night is the going rate, but u should at least have a coffee bar. The room was way to hot. Way to much money for no extras for the customer. Stayed at a Hilton in canton Ohio. Paid half the price with better customer care.

A modern, well-maintained hotel in a prime location. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. So many hotel rooms have terrible air conditioning but this one kept us cool all night long as we …

We stayed here six nights. It was what you would expect from a luxury hotel. Breakfast is pricey for what it is, but it was good food. 711 is two blocks away. There are probably 500 restaurants within an easy walk. It was a really nice experience to be here.
